for class information. This on-going exercise class is geared toward women and designed for weight-loss support while developing muscular endurance. Pilates, developing core strength to include core stability, is combined with light resistance and high reps to tone and strengthen; balance and flexibility are also addressed.
BEGINNERS and those RETURNING TO EXERCISE
are WELCOME to this studio setting!
PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING:
If you are not sure how light to go, start lighter than you think. Two or three pound weights work for most starting out. You can always bring heavier weights the next go around. There are TWO WAYS to fatigue a muscle: heavy weights or multiple sets of light weights. This is not a boot camp class. This is for toning and weight loss🤗!
